Return and exchange policy – FOS Hair

We at FOS Hair want all customers to feel safe and satisfied. Therefore, we offer the possibility of returning or exchanging products, taking into account hygiene and safety rules for hair products.

Damaged or faulty goods

Claims for damaged, defective or faulty goods must be made within 14 days of the delivery date and accompanied by photographic evidence. Always contact our customer service before returning and we will help you find a solution.

Return conditions

  • For hygiene reasons, we protect all customers by only accepting returns of unbroken and unopened packaging. This way we can guarantee that every wig and hairpiece is brand new, clean and safe for your scalp. Are you unsure about the color or model? Please contact us before purchasing for personal advice - we will help you find the right one right away.
  • Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging, including labels, manuals, accessories and any gifts.
  • We recommend traceable shipping via PostNord, DHL or similar.
  • FOS Hair is not responsible for returns that are lost during transport.

Refund

  • Refunds are made to the same payment method used for purchase, after the return has been received and approved.
  • Goods that are not returned in their original condition may result in a reduced or denied refund.
  • If returned for reasons other than an error on our part, only the value of the goods will be refunded, not the shipping cost.
  • When returning orders with free delivery, the original delivery charge will be deducted

Uncollected packages

If a package is not collected and returned to us, an administrative fee of 120 SEK will be charged (or the equivalent order value if lower). The fee will be deducted from the refund or invoiced in the event of an unpaid order.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package:

  • is refused by the recipient
  • is not collected from the pickup point
  • is returned due to unpaid customs duties
  • cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address

the shipment will be returned to us where possible, or handled by the carrier or customs authorities.

Shipping costs, customs duties, and any additional fees are non-refundable.

If the package is returned to us in its original condition and with unopened packaging, the product value will be refunded in accordance with our return policy.

If the package is not returned to us (for example, if it is abandoned, destroyed, or lost during return transit), it will be considered abandoned and no refund will be issued.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, provided that the product is in its original, unopened packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Late return

Returns after the expiration of the withdrawal period are not accepted. If such a return is sent, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or charge a return fee of 120 SEK and charge new shipping to return the item.

Refund time

  • PayPal: refund is made directly to your balance.
  • Card payment: 3–15 working days depending on the bank.

Return and exchange guide

Please note that opened or used products cannot be returned. If your item meets the return conditions, follow these steps:

  1. Pack the product carefully in the original packaging.
  2. Fill out the return and exchange form.
  3. Include the return form and your order number in the package.
  4. Send the package via the nearest post office and keep the receipt.

Important: always use trackable shipping and save the receipt with the tracking number. Please notify our customer service when the return has been sent. We are not responsible for returns that are lost in transit.
